Hello there everyone! I have a review for this really cool foam windscreen (Professional Foam Windscreen for Blue Yeti) that I bought for my Blue Yeti microphone. This thing is very cheap but very effective at what it does. I purchased this item a while back and was very skeptical. I can say that it was definitely worth the purchase.

The Professional Foam Windscreen for Blue Yeti does precisely what it is advertised to do. It helps remove background noise such as wind from a fan / other sound effects in the background as well as wind produced by your voice if you’re close to the microphone. As someone who makes videos on a very regular basis, I was struggling with controlling my background noise. This doesn’t eliminate the background noise all the way, but it does help reduce it by a significant amount.

If you’re someone who creates content you know if you have background noise issues you’re going to have to eliminate those problems regardless of what tech you have on your microphones. That being said, I would say this reduced my background sounds by over 80%.
