So I have been playing this new game called “The Forest.” It’s a scary survival building type of game. It’s got its main storyline going for it which you can either follow or not. It has all sorts of cool building mechanics in the game including physics to a certain degree. I have a dedicated game server up for friends of mine to play on. The game is even more fun when there are other players on.
This game keeps me on my toes. I’m someone who is easily affected by games music, atmosphere, story, etc. I love how there is this weird mix of humanoid enemies plus these weird hybrid types. I’m not going to get into to much detail on that with this post because I don’t want to ruin the surprise of anything. However that said, I will be uploading a long multi-part series of me playing it on my YouTube channel. So if you are interested in that, you should check out my channel and subscribe.
From what I have experienced so far. The story does seem to be a pretty good length. I have only scratched the surface of the game’s story according to friends of mine that have finished it already.
The game can be glitchy sometimes and is definitely not a finished product, but its almost there. I’m going to leave this post at that and I recommend you pick up the game. It’s so fun! I have 16 hours clocked in the game as of this post. So I can say its worth the $20!
