We have some additional news in regards to a new Shield Defender being added to Rainbow Six Siege. This Shield Defender appears to be part of the same DLC as the Blowtorch operator. However, this operator seems to have some sort of Shield that I’m assuming has bulletproof glass and based off of the image also has some sort of electrification ability. It doesn’t appear that she has any large weapons from what we have seen so far, so she is probably a standard shield operator with a pistol. It also appears that the shield could also expand similar to Montaigne’s ability.
