Have you backed up your files latley?

Have you backed up your files lately? If not do it now!

Nothing is worse than losing all of your precious files, whether that is your family photos, your video collection, documents, or really whatever files that you consider valuable. I always recommend people back up their important data on a regular basis that works best for them.

Depending on what kind of data that you have you may want to consider backing up weekly, monthly, or maybe every other month. It’s good to have multiple backups as well. What I mean by multiple backups is having multiple copies on multiple drives of the same backup just in case one of the drives fails or becomes corrupted.

Listed below is an easy way you can create backups. I will share one of my favorite ways to back up data.

Have you backed up your files latley?

Don’t forget having multiple copies on multiple drives is a very good idea. Also, consider storing one of your external hard drives in a fireproof safe or somewhere else that you consider safe just in case. There is no such thing as too many backups when it comes to your sensitive and cherished files.

Another benefit of backing them up on local hard drives is privacy. You don’t have to worry about various cloud services looking through all of your private data. You also don’t have to worry about it being hacked.
