YouTube’s Restricted Mode Is Hiding Videos – Here’s How to Fix It
Right now, many creators are losing views because YouTube’s Restricted Mode is hiding their new videos from viewers. If you can’t see the latest uploads from your favorite channels, this setting is probably the reason.
What Is Restricted Mode?
Restricted Mode is meant to filter out “mature” content, but it often blocks normal videos by mistake. If it’s turned on, you may miss a lot of new content.
How to Turn It Off (Desktop)
- Open YouTube and click your profile picture (top-right).
- Scroll down to Restricted Mode.
