I hate how people stigmatize and make mental health a taboo subject. Mental health is so important to everyone. Everyone has some sort of mental health issue. Most are small, but there is a lot that is big and overwhelming. Listed below are links to sites and other organizations you can reach out to if you need it. Just know that you’re not the only one out there that struggles with this sort of thing, and it is completely normal and OK to reach out to people when you need help.
