We have some awesome news in regards to Rainbow Six Siege! It appears that there will be a new blowtorch attacker that will be added to the game in the next operator release. Everything is just a guessing game at this point, but it appears that he has a blowtorch of some kind which means he could probably totally ignore mute Jammers and cut his way into an objective through reinforced walls. It also appears that his blowtorch has some sort of shield on it which is strange within itself.
